Description

Former Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, QPR, Leeds, Cardiff, Middlesbrough, Huddersfield & most recently Aberdeen manager, Neil Warnock is our returning special guest on No Tippy Tappy Football.

Neil Warnock sits down alongside Sam Allardyce & Natalie Pike to discuss his legendary football career from his first manager job at Gainsborough Trinity to his final role at Aberdeen.

The former QPR manager talks about how he got the best out of Adel Taarabt, his fond memories of the club & what it takes to win promotion from the Championship.

Neil and Sam also chat about playing out from the back and how his former Huddersfield player Michal Helik took his advice of clearing the ball a bit too literally.

They then talk in depth about the importance of having great staff, mind games in football, almost signing Virgil van Dijk & giving his decorator minutes in pre-season.

Finally Neil announces that he's officially retired from football having started his career at Chesterfield as a player in 1967 before going on to manage 1,626 professional games, over 300 non-league games and having won promotion 8 times.

All of this and more in the latest episode of the No Tippy Tappy Football series, brought to you by William Hill.
